NOT all rooms are air-conditioned as advertised in the brochure. The staff at the reception are unapologetic about this. They told us that the whole hotel suffers from a defective air-conditioning system which they were still trying to fix. We couldn’t do anything about it. We later learned from a cleaner that only certain rooms are air-conditioned. It was only on our last second day of stay that they agreed to change our room to an air-conditioned room.

They told us that the whole hotel suffers from a defective air-conditioning system which they were still trying to fix. We couldn’t do anything about it. We later learned from a cleaner that only certain rooms are air-conditioned. It was only on our last second day of stay that they agreed to change our room to an air-conditioned room. Further, the BBC TV channel (only English channel) frequently broke down. On the other hand, the cleaners and staff are in general efficient and friendly. The swimming pools are well-maintained.
