It was a nice place and the staff are nice. I would certainly stay here again if I needed accommodation in Casablanca.

Friendly, helpful staff. Central location. We had a decent-sized, very quiet room on an inner courtyard with lots of hot water. Beds were comfortable. All in all, good value for the price, although breakfast isn't included. They made us a decent cafe au lait for a fair price at an early hour, however, and the internet was up.
I'd stay here again if I needed to be in Casablanca.

Absolutely fantastic location in the center of the center of Casa, close to the port and railway stations, main squares and the old Medina; hundreds of restaurants and shops around the hotel; lobby and corridors are nicely decorated, nothing very special about the rooms and the services which are basic; cleaning ladies very nice and trying hard to keep everything as clean s possible; but the best of all, especcially considering location, is GREAT VALUE for the money.

Clean rooms great location and friendly staff would recommend for price
This is a Trusted Review. Why?
not recommend;
1.the hotel men are almost not friendly
2.the room I was allocated was not what I was promised to have (without TV..almost nothing I wanted for a comfortable stay)
3.they did not reply to my email inquiry as to a crucial question
4.the second helping of the tea at breakfast time was charged (additional 10DH)

A nice hotel in a nice quiet but central street. Silence at night is hard to find in Casablanca. Facilities were good and OK standard moroccan breakfast can be had. I defenitely recommend it, stayed there with my wife and son.

This hotel does not exist, we spent 4 hours looking for rue de novembre, even the locals could not find it with us. we had to find alternative accomodation.
we cancelled our booking by email and never got a reply, do not book this hotel

It is great: clean, neat and quiet. The staff is helpful and friendly although they do not speak English, nor Spanish. In general it is a good and cheap place to stay. Just one complaint: when I booked it online, breakfast was included but once we got there, they said it wasn´t. In any case, it was not expensive and as far as it was French-style, it may be a best choice to have a typical Maroccan breakfast outside.

It's ok for a quick stay in the centre of Casablanca, a little sleazy, room was boiling hot and the gas pipes hissed all night so I moved on, room is largish and bathroom ok

Nothing to complain about, really really clean and staff friendly. Only thing to mention was that we arrived at night and the night shift guy spoke perfect English which was great, so expected the day shift guy too also, but he didn't (only French,he tried though and was friendly, trying to give info on taxi's maps etc), therefore tip would be, if you need advice in English ask the night shift guy!

It's what you would expect from a two star hotel. Very basic facilities, but very clean and friendly staff.
I wasn't happy with the airport tansfer fare, they charge 250 Dhms each way which is expensive. You can however take the train from the airport to Casa Voyageur station for 35 Dhms and then a red taxi (with a meter) from Casa Voyageur to the Hotel for around 10 Dhms.
Location was perfect, in the centre of Casa with easy access to amenities. Plenty of Cafes and eating places in the area.
Overall good..

Nice and clean room, great location to explore city. Generous and helpful staff. We have enjoyed our stay in Casablanca a lot.
I had booked a single room with two beds and registered myself upon checking-in!
A few hours later I also wanted a friend of mine who came from a different part of casa blanca and wanted to show me a bit of the night-life in casablanca to stay with me that night.
Before we could go out, I wanted to inform the hotel staff about my friend staying with me and I was ready to pay double the amount I paid before!
THE HOTEL GUY BLUNTLY REFUSED TO CHANGE THE BOOKING FOR TWO PERSONS ALTHOUGH IT WAS JUST THE SAME ROOM!
IDIOTIC BUREAUCRACY!!!!
