We booked to stay here because it was cheap and only a 10 min walk from the city centre but you pretty much get the standard you paid for! The hallways had paint falling off the walls and we had a leak outside our door from above. Our double room was nice enough, but the chair meant there was little space to move around the room and the shower was tiny. Also, our tv remote had no batteries and we had a constant bad reception.

We stayed there for 6 nights and the annoying thing was that our room wasn't cleaned once. The bin was full and our sheets weren't changed. The staff were nice enough but they had no change for the laundry and no map and limited information about what to do in the city. Also, they had a rule of no noise after 10pm but on our last 3 nights there were people across the hall shouting and yelling at 1 or 2 am, the rules weren't enforced. People were also smoking in the room opposite which didn't make for a nice smell in our room.

The upstairs was nice, with a big tv and plenty of tables, chairs and eating dishes. And breakfast is included in the good price, albeit pancakes everyday, no variation. The location would almost be perfect if it wasn't located on a street with dodgy characters on it and beggars a plenty at the end of the road. The hotel had wifi but it was usually pretty slow. All in all, you get the standard that you pay for!

I had a problem with my bathroom, I communicate at the front desk and never fix it.
Breakfast isn`t very good and a little poor.
