This is a Trusted Review. Why?

The only thing going for this Hotel is the Location.......The web site says it has parking....it does not . There are 3 local car parks within 5 mins but you pay top Dollar to park.

The windows in my room were all cracked, and there were big gaps around the frame which was rotten.....the curtains , if you could call them curtains, did not even fit the window frame .....
The toilet was leaking into the main room....and was never repaired while I stayed there...
I was given a 2 bed, room......one of there better ones I was told by the chap on the desk..however he also said if they needed a 2 bed , I would be moved to a single , while I was out....

The Hotel was very noisy, with people comming and going all night....

On the plus side , it is quite a good location....within a 15 walk to the Eaton Centre, and
the Bed was comfortable , and the linen was clean, also the shower was really good.

However I can not recomend this hotel ,and I certainly would not book it if you have children.

Even the reception told me they were not a very good hotel.....at least he was being honest!!!!

This is a Trusted Review. Why?

This place is not that spectacular. Its old and run down and in all fairness I would say that it should be completely revamped or torn down, which ever comes first. The great thing about this place is that it is extremely close to everything that you want to do in Toronto for an extremely reasonable price. To sum up my impression it's like staying in a hostel but with a private room. The staff was also very friendly and made sure to help us when ever we needed it.

This is a Trusted Review. Why?

The location was fantastic... But this was the only positive thing we had to say about our stay at this hotel. The rooms were absolutely filthy, the walls had stains on them, the curtains were ripped and there was hair on the pillows. Thankfully we were only staying for one night, otherwise we would have walked out!

This place need major improvement. I was utterly shocked when I saw the place. The rooms are filthy. There was blood and mucus on the walls. Also it was very noisy. I will never stay here again when I return to Toronto.
