Really good, very basic lodging at very affordable rates. Great location for access to College/Spadina clubs. Washrooms and facilities well kept. Breakfast Buffet very good at a really good price. I will return next year for NXNE ! Brian

Centrally located on the historical University of Toronto campus right in downtown Toronto, New College Residence is open to the public throughout the summer months from May to the end of August. We provide affordable, safe and secure dormitory residence accommodation on a safe campus.
All of our rooms are private, air-conditioned single or double rooms. Double rooms contain two single beds in them.
Linen, towels, pillow, an in-room phone (free local calls) and free internet access in each room are also included (you must have your own ethernet chord or you can purchase one for $5). Communal washrooms and a common room with kitchen facilities, cable TV and lounge area are just steps away from each room.
Guests will have the option to purchase a full hot breakfast located in the Dining Hall in the Residence (approx. $6) each day. A great way to start the day!
The University's Athletic Centre which has an Olympic swimming pool, weights room, squash courts and an indoor track is right next door and can be accessed for a small fee.
Experience living on the University of Toronto campus where free fun and educational walking tours can be arranged.
New College Residence is within walking distance to the major downtown tourist attractions, museums, theatres, art galleries, main shopping areas and the entertainment district. New College also has easy access to the metro -streetcar and subway system (it is right outside our door) to take you anywhere you wanted to go in the Toronto area.
All applicable taxes (such as the 10% accommodation tax) are INCLUDED in the rate!

Directions
From Union Station:
Take the streetcar that is going Northbound to Spadina Station. The fare is CAN$2.75. Get off at the Willcocks Street stop. Total trip time from Union Station is around 15 minutes. Wilson Hall Residence is on the north-east corner at 40 Willcocks Street.
From the Metro Toronto Bus Terminal:
The Metro Toronto Bus Termianl is located on Bay, just north of Dundas. Take the Westbound Dundas streetcar (ask for a transfer) until you reach Spadina Avenue intersection.
Get off, and take the Northbound Spadina streetcar until you reach the Willcocks stop. Streetcar fare is CAN$2.75, and the toal trip time is around 15 minutes. Wilson Hall Residence is on the north-east corner.
From Pearson International Airport:
The quickest and easiest way to get to New College Wilson Hall Residence from Pearson Internatonal is by airport taxi. If you ask for a flat rate to New College Residence, University of Toronto (intersection - Spadina/Willcocks, just north of College Street), it will cost around CAN$45. Total trip time depending on traffic will be around 45 minutes to over an hour.
