Open all year round, the Hotel Auberge de la Sauge offers cosy rooms and a restaurant only 50 meters from the ASPO Nature Centre in Cudrefin.

Our 500-year-old building has been completely restored and offers a wonderful setting to dine close to nature.

The 12-room hotel is an ideal base for excursions in the 3-lakes area, exceptional for its natural and cultural sites.

On our grounds we cultivate biological products and work to improve our agricultural biodiversity. Scottish highland cattle are bred on our lands for the upkeep of the marshlands.

The restaurant is open all year round for dinner or bar guests. Our 500-year-old building offers a wonderful setting to dine close to nature. The menu offers a wide range of options large choice for all tastes and budgets.

Breakfast and taxes are included in room rates.

Last check-in possible at 22:00 (10pm).

From Bern travel via Murten, then Sugiez to Cudrefin.
