Pros:
-Good, cheap accommodation if you want to visit Vancouver.-Good access to North Vancouver and Seabus at Lonsdale Quay (10-15 min walk)
-Self catering facility allows you to save money on eating out
Cons:
-Shower and bath was out of action for 2 whole days whilst I was there! I'm sure this is a one off but it was still a big inconvenience and I was lucky I had the option to shower at a friend's house.-Bathroom door didn't have a lock on it.

Cons:
-Shower and bath was out of action for 2 whole days whilst I was there! I'm sure this is a one off but it was still a big inconvenience and I was lucky I had the option to shower at a friend's house.-Bathroom door didn't have a lock on it. This made me feel uncomfortable that my privacy was going to be compromised.
-Room didn't have a lock or a safe. I left my valuables in my room and anybody who stayed in the house could have come in and taken them.

Connection with train station/bus depot in Vancouver, Main and Terminal by sky train to Waterfront Station, then by Seabus to Lonsdale Quay, North Vancouver. Capilano College bus No. 239 from Lonsdale Quay to Third Street and St. David's. Two short blocks to 1st Street.
From Vancouver Airport, either bus shuttle service to Waterfront Hotel, foot of Granville Street, Seabus terminal to Lonsdale Quay, North Vancouver.
