I have been travelling in SEA for the past 3 months and where we stayed usually had a part to determine whether we like the city or not. Having said that, this is the best hostel I've stayed in. The staff (especially Hien, if I remember correctly) were extremely helpful, NEVER pushy, I felt that they were sincerely trying provide us with advices on our itinerary. The rooms are spacious and clean, though the breakfast gets boring after a while. The staff would assist us to get taxis and made sure that we didn't get overcharged.

I booked the Halong Bay tour and the perfume tour through the hostel but it wasn't that great, you probably have to do more research for a better tour.

This hostel was was everything you want and need in a hostel. Good service, warm welcome, clean, and great location! The receptionists and workers were all very friendly and made me feel very welcome. They helped me to book a reasonably priced and very good value tour to Ha Long bay among many other day tours~!
I highly recommend this hostel!
