In an area with very good public transport connections we offer 1, 2- and 3-bed rooms, all rooms are equipped with private shower, toilet and SAT-TV. The hotel is equipped with an elevator.
To next metro station you have to walk just 350 metres, with that metro you have DIRECT connection to many important places like city centre, St. Stephan’s Cathedral, railway station west, Mariahilfer Straße, Schoenbrunn Castle, several shopping centres and shopping streets. Also you can find different tramway-stations direct in front of the hotel entry.
In direct surrounding area of the hotel you can find several shops and a big hospital.
We offer a free of charge WLAN-Internet-Hotspot, to access the hotspot you need a notebook with wireless LAN functionality.

Hotel management could make some efforts to insure free parking places for guests that arrive by car - there are free parking places close to the hotel, but very limited, placed on one-way streets, and not reserved for hotel guests. Although the lobby and corridors were heated, there was no heat in the room. Otherwise, it's traveler friendly, with supermarkets and fastfoods and restaurants in the very close neighbourhood. Good connection by metro to the center of Wien - 5 mins walk from hotel to the metro-station. Very clean room and bathroom. Breakfast is expensive (10 eur/pers) - this is why we didn't take it.

It was quite far away from the inner stadt, but you can get there via a tram that stops right outside the hotel. The hotel was clean and staff were very helpful.

Not gay friendly at all, booked a double room, but upon checking in got a twin bedroom, because the receptionist assumed we weren't a couple. The receptionist was not friendly the least bit.
We have a lot of problem to change our reservation, in fact it was not possible at all. To get there you have to take the subway and a tramway, but was ok.

Reservation changes are always made directly with the property. Making such a change to a reservation is always subject to the property actually being able to make the change requested. Sometimes, based on other bookings, it might just not be possible.
