About Hostel Peruzovic
Our hostel is situated in the centre of Split. City monuments, beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, clubs and bars are in walking distance.
Hostel Peruzovic can offer 5 rooms (3 twin rooms and 2 double rooms) and one apartment. All rooms are well equipped (TV and air conditioned). Also, we have a garden and terrace outside and you can use a barbecue.
Apartment is located 200 meters from Hostel, in the old part of Split called Veli Varos. It's newly renovated and everything is furnished and brand new.
Apartment has one big bedroom (one double bed + one single bed), fully equipped kitchen, living room, and bathroom with shower. It's air-conditioned and has satellite TV.
It total we can offer 5 rooms: 2 twin rooms, 2 double rooms ensuite and 1 twin room ensuite.
Twin room ensuite is air conditioned with cable TV; it has small kitchen and private bathroom.
Two twin rooms have shared kitchen and bathroom between each other. Both rooms are air conditioned with cable TV.
Two double rooms are air conditioned with cable TV. Both of them have private bathroom. They don't have a kitchen.
Location Information
If you arrive by bus, train or boat/ferry, hostel is 10 - 15 minutes walking. You must come on the main promenade of town (Riva). At the end of promenade, on the right side, is street in which you can see plenty of shops. Name of street is Marmontova. Enter in this street and keep walking. At the end of the street, turn on the left.
You will see big yellow building. It's the Croatian National Theater. Enter in street on left side of Theater. Go straight and you will see tobacco shop and the street which goes uphill. This street is Plinarska and our hostel is situated at the beginning of street, on number 11. When you come on the main gate, you'll see intercom. Just push any button and our staff will open gates.

Frane is an excellent fellow who speaks good English. TV reception was poor for some channels and there was no BBC World. The TV was
located in a very non-central place relative to the bed. Hot water was
supplied by an immersion heater but delivery was inefficient. There were
no signs of meanness and it was basically a well-kept and pleasant place
to spend a night in.

Peruzovic rooms are in a perfect location if you want to stay near the old town of Split and the studio apartment we stayed at was great value and super clean (only a little dark if you stay for longer). Frane the owners son is a friendly young chap who's studying Tourism and he was very helpful with all the questions we had. Since we touched the bishop's toe when we were in Split we will go back and would definitely stay at Peruzovic rooms again. A great choice!

Owners were lovely and very friendly. When we arrived they showed us on a map everywhere that we should/could visit in Split and made us feel very welcome. The room itself was quite small and not necessarily the most comfortable for a long stay but we were there for just a few nights and it was fine.

The hosts are lovely. Frank went to great lengths to tell us about the best places to go, nicest beaches and restaurants etc and how to get there.
I would definitely recommend this place as the location is perfect for seeing Split and the friendly owners make you feel very welcome.

We spent two nights at Peruzovic and had a great stay! Central location, nice garden and fabolous help and service from the owners! The son speaks very good english and helped us with everything, I can easily recommend this place. It's also very affordable.
