Peruzovic rooms are in a perfect location if you want to stay near the old town of Split and the studio apartment we stayed at was great value and super clean (only a little dark if you stay for longer). Frane the owners son is a friendly young chap who's studying Tourism and he was very helpful with all the questions we had. Since we touched the bishop's toe when we were in Split we will go back and would definitely stay at Peruzovic rooms again. A great choice!

Rooms 'Peruzovic' are situated in the center of Split, in the old part of town. Distance from Diocletian palace is 100 m and from the nearest beach 500 m.

In a distance of 100 m there are markets, internet caffe, fast food, rent a car, restaurants, etc.

We have 6 rooms.

One single room for one person has bathroom and it is air conditioned.

Two double rooms have also private bathrooms, they are air conditioned with cable TV.

Twin room has two beds, private bathroom and it's air conditioned with cable TV.

Two triple rooms have shared kitchen and bathroom. Both rooms are air conditioned and with cable TV.

In front of rooms there is a garden with yard so you can relax and use a barbecue. The environment is quiet and peaceful so you will not be disturbed.

Family Peruzovic will be at Your disposal.

Price includes:

- cooking utensils,

- cutlery,

- cleaning equipment,

- water and electricity,

- changes of bed linen,

- cleaning of the apartment on departure day.

Extra services:

- taxi service from/till airport 30

Frane is an excellent fellow who speaks good English. TV reception was poor for some channels and there was no BBC World. The TV was
located in a very non-central place relative to the bed. Hot water was
supplied by an immersion heater but delivery was inefficient. There were
no signs of meanness and it was basically a well-kept and pleasant place
to spend a night in.

Owners were lovely and very friendly. When we arrived they showed us on a map everywhere that we should/could visit in Split and made us feel very welcome. The room itself was quite small and not necessarily the most comfortable for a long stay but we were there for just a few nights and it was fine.

Great location and a decent room - quite small but has everything you need.
The hosts are lovely. Frank went to great lengths to tell us about the best places to go, nicest beaches and restaurants etc and how to get there.
I would definitely recommend this place as the location is perfect for seeing Split and the friendly owners make you feel very welcome.

It is located five minutes walking from the Diocletian palace. They are very friendly and helpful, and the accomodation is quite good. It is a great choice if you want to visit Split.

Very good service and Frane is a very sympatic person.
The room was coocert but beds were to small and the bathroon is really to small.

We spent two nights at Peruzovic and had a great stay! Central location, nice garden and fabolous help and service from the owners! The son speaks very good english and helped us with everything, I can easily recommend this place. It's also very affordable.

I stayed at that room for just one night but i was really happy with the room and service.
The room was very nice and clean.
The owner was very friendly, told me everything about Split and places that were worth to see.
The only thing that could be improved was that there was no kettle or cups to make cup of tea in the room.
Apart from that - execelent!
I could easily recomended Peruzovic room to everyone.

Directions

We are in the center of town, in the old part of town called Varos, so you don`t need to use buses or car. Near is the bus, train and ferry station from where you can come by foot. The nearest shop is 20 m and the beach is 500 m away from us. Fish market is 200 m and the green market is 300 m away from us.

Here are some directions:
1. Ask people where is the National Theatre. (Everybody knows where it is)
2. Behind the theatre there is a street that goes up, named Plinarska (also everybody knows where this street is)
3. Look for Plinarska 11 and there you are!

Please note: when you come to Split, there will be a lot of people offering you cheap accommodation or presenting them as 'Rooms Peruzovic', don't trust them, do not go with them, they are people trying to get you to their accommodation which believe me you don't want that.
