RSSVilla Triana has rooms with very nice views on the sea. However, this is quite far from the city center where you will have to go by bus, which is easy to access. It is a very good location if you want to enjoy the sea and a wonderful view. If you want to be right in the center of the town, you may want to go in another location.

Nice place with an only slightly obscured view of the beach nearby. We thought we had an apartment to ourselves but later found that behind a locked door was another couple. It was more of a surprise than a problem. We shared an en-suite bathroom through a small space with three doors.

We were very well received and looked after and the location could not have been better.
Probably the middle of Oct. was not the best time to visit as a lot of the local attractions had closed for the season, but there were still enough places to eat and drink in.
You also need to pack a mixture of both summer and warm clothing at this time of year as the tempreture fluctuates greatly.

Villa Triana is a great place to stay, the owners are absolutely lovely and are extremely helpful. The room we stayed in had very retro decor, which we though was cool! The rooms are wonderfully clean and comfy,we would definitely stay here again!
Perfect if you are flying into zadar, as they will organise a taxi to collect you or take you to the airport. 5 *!!!!

minus: we've booked 2 en suite doubel rooms insted we got 1doubel and 1 twin;/,
and we shared the bathrom and kitchen with the other room-
not a huge inconviniece but still-not what you expected!plus: really nice ladys,booked us a next day trip (-->kornati islands!!!highy recomended!!!!One of the best experiences this holiday!!!) even though we arrived late at night.

We were very pleased we chose this accommodation as it was very suitable for us, in terms of space, location and facilities. We enjoyed how close it was to the supermarket, beach and various restaurants and would definately stay here again if we visited Croatia again.

Triana is lovely. Rooms are simple. Ours had a shared courtyard out the front, and its gate opened onto the beach. Very beautiful. Triana also helped us immeasurably, even after our stay. Very much reocmmended.
Nice location , nice villa good for a first or last night if you are flying into Zadar
Had a balcony and terrace overlooking the sea .
Its on a main bus route from the bus station and the bus stop is a few metres outside the Villa. which can save you a lot of money as the airport bus is only 25kn and taxis in Zadar are very expensive
Its got a lot going for it but there is not much in Zadar unless you are passing through to the airport or ferry terminal
