Newly renovated STUDIOS(35 sqm, max 4 persons), 2 ROOMS(50 sqm, max 7 pers) and 3 ROOMS(82 sqm, max 7 persons) apartments stylish designed for short or extended stays. One with very nice view of the Old Town Square the other two with manually painted ceiling dating back to the 18th century or nice balcony. They blend homely comforts such as fully equipped kitchen, entertainment centre, bedding and work area, with luxury elements, attention and services of a 3 - 4 star hotel. There is total 7 apartments.

STUDIO APARTMENTS are  35 sqm total, with 1 bedroom with living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, kitchen corner and a  bathroom with shower or bath tube and toilet. Balcony on request.

Owner requires 50% as a deposit on the day of booking.

• Cancellation less than 14 days prior arrival - 50% from whole stay amount
• Cancellation on a day of arrival or NO SHOW - 80% from whole stay amount
