1. Arrivals and DeparturesNew arrivals can check into their rooms after 2pm each day. Guests may arrive earlier and leavetheir luggage at the hostel but access to rooms will not be granted until after 2pm. Departing guestsmust remove all their belongings from their room, and check out, before 10.30am. After this timeguests may make use of the luggage storage facilities but all possessions must be removed from theroom.2. Check-InYou must provide a Valid Photo Government Issued ID on Check In, we enforce a strict policy of NOID, NO STAY, NO EXCEPTIONS. You must be aged 18 years or above to stay with us.3. Check OutCheck out is at 10.30am after this time you can use our luggage storage free of charge. There is alate-check out option available until 1pm with an extra charge ask at the reception on your day ofcheck out.4. Age Restriction 18 Years Plus ONLYBookings cannot be accepted from any person under the age of 18 (over 18). Unlike some hostels wedo not have an upper age limit. Most of our guests are backpackers in the 18 to 30 age range. Pleasebe aware that you may be assigned a top bunk!5. Guest BehaviourThe comfort, safety and security of our guests and staff is of paramount importance to BestplaceInns. Any guest(s) who, in the opinion of our staff, compromise the comfort, safety or security ofother guests, staff or local residents will be requested to leave the hostel premises and will not beoffered a refund. Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, local residents and property.We have a clear eviction policy which is strictly enforced.6. SmokingSmoking is not permitted anywhere within the Bestplace Inns premises. Any guest found smokingwithin the building will be evicted without refund. A smoking area and ashtrays are provided outsidethe building for guests who wish to smoke.7. Personal PropertyGuests may use the luggage storage and in room Security Lockers FREE of charge (bring your ownlock) however it remains the guest's responsibility to ensure that their personal belongings aresecure at all times. Bestplace Inns accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage to propertyhowever sustained or caused.8. Bestplace Inns PropertyGuests will be expected to reimburse Bestplace Inns for any damages caused by inappropriatebehaviour during their stay at any Bestplace Inns Property.9. LiabilityExcept in relation to death or personal injury caused by our negligence Bestplace Inn’s liabilityremains, at all times, limited to the value of the services booked, excluding any amendment chargespaid to us.10. Your InformationBestplace Inns shall only store and use information you supply to us or which is supplied to us for thepurposes of carrying out our contract with you and to inform you of other services and offers whichwe make available from time to time.11. Errors and OmissionsAny omission or error in sales literature, web pages or site, order form, quotation, price list, orderacknowledgement, despatch note, invoice or other document issued by us may be corrected by uswithout liability. We will advise you of any changes at the time of booking or as soon as is reasonablypossible thereafter.12. DiscretionAll bookings are subject to availability and Bestplace Inns reserves the right to decline any booking atits discretion.13. No Show:If you have not notified Bestplace Inns of a cancellation at least 48 hours in advance of your arrivaldate Bestplace Inns reserves the right to charge your credit card the total for your first nights stay.14. Late departure:In the case of a late departure, Bestplace Inns reserves the right to charge for a further nights stay atthe appropriate rack rate of the bed(s). Management discretion will apply.
