L'Ancienne Boulangerie is a bed and breakfast full of character; it lies amidst the twisting streets of the medieval walled village of Caunes-Minervois: we are only 25 minutes from Carcassonne in the foothills of the Black Mountains....

We were formerly the old bakery for the village and it has been transformed into a peaceful haven with lots of old world charm

Established for 17 years we believe that we provide a first class service in a beautiful village in the Black Mountain area just east of Carcassonne.

Our rooms are decorated in the style of the area and the Terrace is a delightfully restful area

There is much to do including Pottery, Golf, Walking, Wine Tasting and Dining

We are 20 Km NE of Carcassonne. Follow road signs to Mazamet until you exit Carcassonne and you will then pick up signs for Caunes-Minervois.As you enter the village go to the top of hill and find sign 'Poterie'. Turn rigt and after 125 metres turn right into narrow street. Car parking is available about 200 metres on your right. We are a short walk furter along on the left (Opposite Hotel d'Alibert).
