We are a small residence for all kind of budget travellers. Every floor has a kitchen and communal bathroom facilities and apart from that we have one common room with TV. Our three floors were completely renovated in May 2008.

Our reception is opened from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Check-in is possible after 2 p.m. and check-out must be before 12.00 a.m.
Check-in outside business hours is only possible if a prepayment via bank transfer or credit card is made because the issuance of the key is carried out by a key box.

For each room key a deposit of € 20,00 is required.

General rules
The reception is manned Mondays to Fridays from 08.00 to 20.00 hrs. Check-in outside business hours is only possible if a prepayment via bank transfer or credit card is made because the issuance of the key is carried out by a key box.

All tenants must behave in a quiet manner during their stay. There is a strict period of night-time peace from 22.00 to 06.00 hrs.

The security service is requested to eject any tenants from the building who disturb the night-time peace or who are drunk. This is carried out where necessary with the aid of the local police service.

2. Room and utility area equipment
All items of equipment are to be treated with care. Damage must be reported immediately to the caretaker responsible. Items of equipment may only be moved after consultation with and approval from the caretaker responsible.

Damage to items of equipment in the rooms or living quarters will incur a charge, which must be paid for immediately by the person who caused the damage. The person who caused the damage is liable to A1 Wohnheime GmbH for the costs to rectify the immediate and any subsequent damage.

No bottles or items may be placed on the outside of the window sills. Throwing items out of the windows is forbidden. Violation of these rules will result in an immediate house ban.

3. Hygiene & cleaning
The bed linen can be changed every 14 days through the caretaker responsible. The respective exchange times can be gleaned from the notice at reception.

The refrigerators or cool boxes are to be cleaned once a week by the users. Any spoiled food is to be disposed of immediately. Cooking in the sleeping quarters is strictly forbidden. The hotplates in the dedicated rooms are to be switched off and cleaned after use.

A1 Wohnheime reserves the right to carry out the cleaning themselves and to charge the person/s responsible for not carrying out their cleaning duties. No right to cleaning can be made from this ruling.

The toilets are to be cleaned after use. Refuse, food waste and newspapers/magazines must not be thrown in the toilet. A charge will be raised for any blockages, payable by the person at fault. The showers, wash basins and sinks in the ablutions and utility rooms are to be cleaned after use.

Refuse of any kind is to be disposed of on a daily basis in the containers provided. Provision has been made for respective recycling containers. In the event of non-observance, a charge will be raised for unseparated waste, payable by the person at fault. If vermin are detected, the caretaker responsible must be informed immediately.

4. Health
Tenants who fall sick from an illness subject to notification must call a doctor without delay and report the illness to the caretaker. Care must be taken to ensure the other tenants are not put at risk.

5. Visitor rules
Visitors are only allowed in the visiting rooms provided. They must leave the living quarters by 22.00 hrs.

6. Acts of violation
Violation of the house rules or individual paragraphs can lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement and thus vacation of the premises.
