About Unity Apartment

This private apartment (studio) is located of Pest side of the city very close to City Park featuring Hero's Square, Szecheny Thermal Spa, National Zoo, National Circus. Just a block from the UNESCO world heritage Andrassy Avenue featuring Terror Museum, Opera House, National Puppets Theater and many of must see sights of the city. Apartment is only a short walk from the largest shopping mall of Central Europe West End City Center. Royal Buda Castle is only 10-15 minutes ride by public transportation from this location or if you choose walking along Andrassy Avenue you'll see all famous sights of Budapest such as St.Stephens Basilica, Parlament Building, Chain Bridge and Budavar Funicular. Great Synagogue is only 15-20 minutes walk from the apartment in the middle of the former Jewish District.

Major trolley lines (73, 76), tram lines (4, 6) and underground metro (M1) are in 2-3 minutes walk providing easy access to all major sites.

Our fully renovated apartment is with brand new furnitures and equipments such as electric or gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave owen, refrigerator, big screen TV (cable with 50 channels), DVD player (selection of movies), computer with flat screen monitor (free internet connection) and many other free things such as tea bags, coffee, sugar, milk, spread and different spices for cooking make your stay convenient and keep you on budget in Unity Apartment.

These things make Unity Apartment a good equipped private studio with cable TV and internet the cheapest in town.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Please note that we require EUR 50,- security deposit which you will get back at the end of your stay.

RULES AND POLICY

When you stay in a private apartment the most important rule above everything is to RESPECT ALL PEOPLE who lives in the building.
As the operator of this flat we must maintain great relationship with our neighbors.

We will do all necesery steps to protect our business with ZERO TOLERANCE.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY!

QUIET POLICY:

As there are many of bars-,clubs and pubs in the neighborhood we kindly ask you to avoid parties and late night socializing after 10 pm.

You have to strictly keep our QUIET POLICY AFTER 10 PM.


Please avoid making noise after this hour and please be generally mindful of the residents' presence when you move around the building. We don't have any other strict regulations such as keep checking on you in the facility but we ask you not to disturb others when returning late at night. Especially you have to keep this rule when you going down or coming up to the apartment.

Signing our registration card you do accept this rule!

Please ensure that you and all your party read and understand our POLICY.

Non-compliance with this rule will result in immediate CANCELLATION of your STAY and will LOOSE your security deposit of EUR 50,-/stay (will be refunded at departure)

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS:

Bookings can be made via internet, phone or fax. We don't need any type of credit card guarantee or payments before check in. Advance payments are required only over 15 days of stay.. This is 20% of your full amount. It is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note that we require EUR 50,- security deposit. Non-compliance with any of the rules will result the loss of all of your deposit. For payment we accept Euros and Hungarian Forints. We cannot accept cheques or credit cards. Hungarian Forint prices are calculated daily, based on the official exchange rate of the Hungarian MKB Bank Rt. (www.mkb.hu).

CHECK IN:

You might check in our base hostel located at http://www.unityhostel.com/maps.html or if you can provide an exact arrival time we can wait you at the apartment (directions available upon request). Please be prepared with EUR 50,-/person security deposit and 1 photo ID which also will be deposited during your stay.

CHECK OUT:

Check out time is by 11:00 am when our Receptionist will show up and check out place together.
If you need to leave earlier then we will show up there by the previously arranged check out time (you need to let us know that upon arrival).

KITCHEN:

After using any of the equipments, please leave kitchen clean and tidy. Wash your dirty dishes and understand that help us to provide cheap and quality budget accomodation in Budapest.

WASHING MACHINE:

Feel free to use the washing machine any time. Please make sure you use the proper mode and don't hesitate to ask us if you have any question.

DAMAGE:

If you lose or damage any of equipments which belong to the apartment, we must charge you for it. The compensation must be paid immediately and in cash.

THINK GREEN:

The Earth's energy resources are rapidly being depleted. Please conserve water, gas, and electricity. Don't leave the water running when you don't really need it. Please turn out the light when you leave a room. And please turn the gas off when you've finished cooking. We do recycle bottles so please don't put those int he garbage can. Collect them separately in kitchen.

DIRECTIONS

You can check in (24 hours) our base hostel in 'KIRALY UTCA 60.' Studio is only ten minutes from hostel. Please be prepared with security deposit and advance payment in cash.

You have several options to reach us either by foot or public transport. The tram line closest to our hostel is Europe's Most Frequent tram system, running every 30 seconds during peak hours.
There's only a small sign on the street so do look for building number 60 in 'KIRALY UTCA'

KELETI TRAIN STATION

Take the underground Metro one stop till 'Blaha Lujza ter', change to tram number 4 or 6 (every 4 minutes) towards 'Moszkva ter'. Travel two stops until 'Király utca'. Get off and pass 'Pizza Hut' on the corner, we are in building number 60 on the right side (opposite Pizza Hut) of 'Kiraly utca'.

NYUGATI TRAIN STATION

Take tram number 4 or 6 (every 4 minutes) from in front of the station towards 'Fehervari ut' / 'Moricz Zsigmond'. Travel two stops until 'Király utca'. Get off and pass 'Pizza Hut' on the corner, we are in building number 60 on the right side (opposite Pizza Hut) of 'Kiraly utca'.

AIRPORT

Take the airport bus (AIRPORT BUSZ #200) to last stop
'Kôbánya-Kispest' metro station, from there take the underground metro until the main station 'Deák tér'. Coming up from underground go towards 'Karoly krt' and walk onto 'Király utca', we are on your left only 10 minutes walk, directly before 'Liszt Ferenc tér'.

Take the underground Metro until 'Deák tér'. Coming up from underground go towards 'Karoly krt' and walk onto 'Király utca', we are on your left only 10 minutes walk, directly before 'Liszt Ferenc tér'.
