Hostal Torre de Babel’ is centrally located in one of the most interesting destinations of Chile, Castro (province of Chiloé). We offer different types of accommodation according to your needs, excellent services, transfers and tours.

Castro, province of Chiloé has a very particular culture and architecture because of its physical isolation from the rest of Chile. The Spaniards, who arrived in the 16th century, and Jesuit missionaries who followed built hundreds of small wooden churches in an attempt to bring Christianity to a pagan land; the result was a mixing of Catholicism and pagan beliefs. These unique buildings have been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

We are located in Castro's center, the capital and geographical center of Chiloe. We are only two squares/apples away from the buses terminal and another two squares/apples away from the touristy area such as ‘Palafittes’, the market, port and coast (sloping).

Gladly, we offer touristy orientation/information, taster of smoked salmon, crabs and many delights of the sea.

‘Hostal Torre de Babel’ (Lodging Torre de Babel) has capacity for 20 people. It has got two floors (one full bathroom in each floor) and offer a few types of accommodation adapted to different customer’s needs. There are seven rooms distributed in single, double and triples. The kitchen is available for our guest’s use, laundry service, TV (Cable) and free Internet wi-fi. We also offer you breakfast which allows you to eat as much as you want to.

We can provide you of Rent a Bicycle and Kayak Service and tours to National Park of Chiloé.

Hostal Torre de Babel has 8 rooms, 3 single rooms, 3 bedrooms with double bed and single bed, 2 family rooms with double bed and two single beds. We can accommodate a total of 20 people.

All are private rooms have sheets, quilt and all rooms have security lockers, reading lights.

We have two comfy bathrooms with hot showers 24 hours.

We provide you within a ‘Pick up Service’ from the buses Terminal or you can take a taxi and we pay for it.
