Budget Accommodation Europe Italy Alberobello Bed & Breakfasts Trulli Holiday Resort
The room and facility itself were quite nice. However the business conduct there needs to be questioned - the hotel reception staff who showed me to my room came knocking on my door past 9 pm and asked me to let him in and sleep with him.
The 'Trulli Holiday Resort' guesthouse gives everyone the opportunity to have a marvellous experience in one of its lovely trulli.
Monuments of the Unesco 'World Heritage' since 1996, the trulli are simply stone houses, particular for their architectural structure, which makes them very fresh in the summer and warm in the winter.
Every trullo is indipendent and furnished with care, with bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchenette, fridge, tv and heating.
Some of them are also complete of fireplace, garden, barbeque and every other comfort...even if the dimentions of these special houses are not standard and the features are different from each other, on the contrary of a common hotel's room.
This is what will make your vacation unique and special.
When you visit Alberobello you enter into a unique world. You have to visit the historic centre of the town on foot it's made up of two quarters: Monti and Aia Piccola. The rows on trulli which stand side by side all differ in size depending on the economic and social status of the owner. Since 1996, Alberobello has been part of the Unesco World Heritage sites.

This is a Trusted Review. Why?
The room and facility itself were quite nice. However the business conduct there needs to be questioned - the hotel reception staff who showed me to my room came knocking on my door past 9 pm and asked me to let him in and sleep with him. As hotel staff has all the keys so obviously there is no peace of mind even if I lock the door after he has left. Although this started as a misunderstanding from an afternoon conversation but it is just NOT a professional business practice for hotel staff to pick up girls from their guests!! It is like taking advantage of lone female travelers looking for a place to stay. I really freaked out for a while after he has left. But since there seemed to be no manager around I had no way of reporting. He seems to be the person checking all the emails too so I do not know even if I had reported would it reach the top management. So... there you go.
