This is a small house with a bright living room, kitchnette, two ensuite double bedrooms. Full of character with a lovely well kept, large, landscaped garden with fruit trees, a goldfish pond and a full equipped barbecue. Suitable for amateur astronomers. It's necessary a car. (large closed parking)

This is an indipendent little place in the country side, in Sestu, Just 12 km from Cagliari and Poetto beach. 6 km from Cagliari airport.

Two bed rooms with 1 bathroom with shower and a second bathroom with toilet and basin only. Fully furnished kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washingmachine,microwave and a small oven. Maximum tranquillity.

It's necessary to rent a car, since you CAN NOT REACH THE PLACE WITH PUBLIC TRANSPORT but town of Sestu is within walking distance(1km).

All bedding,towels and a beach umbrella are included in the rental price.

The amount does NOT include: a compulsory fee of €45 for the final cleaning of the apartment, to be paid, cash, at check in time.
