This is a Trusted Review. Why?

Two things about our stay here: a) ideal location, only a short walk away from Ueno station, but still in a quiet street - no noise. b) *very* friendly staff, helped us twice with bookings. Apart from that the rooms are a bit larger than in comparable locations. Overall a very good choice if you want to stay in Ueno.

This is a Trusted Review. Why?

The location is very close to the Ueno JR station easy to get to. The staff speak english well and go the extra mile in trying to help you. I was looking for a Japanese Puzzle box and was given internet print out information. Shopping district and food nearby. Would recommend this to anyone and would stay here again.
