Located in the heart of bustling Hamra-Beirut,within 10 minutes drive from Beirut International Airport , in the middle of all shopping, leisure, and business areas. Minutes away from beaches, cafés, restaurants, fast foods, transportation, universities, hospitals, movie theatres, supermarkets, wine shops, etc...
It is a property, family owned and run, with a lovely ground floor terrace and a pretty light-filled breakfast room- a nice place to have a coffee and read a book.
Rooms are decent-sized, basic and clean, all with satellite Tv, fridge , Air conditionning. Nearly all rooms have a balcony overlooking street side, or garden side
Wi-Fi internet available in the enire hotel; public areas and rooms..
PS: There are no shared bathrooms, even for the cheapest small single rooms. All rooms have a private bathroom. The rooms stating 'Shared Bathroom' are much smaller in size than standard , though decent, do not have TV, nor fridge, nor A/C , but they all have private WC & shower.

This was my worst hotel experience ever!
Never do my mistake, and let them rip you off, if you decide to make a reservation at this hotel make sure to do the following:1. Make sure to read the condition of the stay very well, coz they lack the basics that I don't normally check. In this case there was no AC, with temperature there around 40 C and unbelievable humidity!
2. DO NOT PAY until you check the room. Once you pay there is no way back.I arrived to the hotel, the room was more of a tomb than of a hotel room... it was incredibly hot. I looked for an AC or a fan; nothing!
I complained to the receptionist, they were nice, but the procedures at the hotel is very stupid, and they were left with minimal authorities to satify an upset customer. They said that this was already mentioned on the website for this "kind of rooms"... I asked for a room with an AC... moving to a single room with an AC costed me an extra US$ 50 per night! The bottom line is that for above two mistakes I ended up paying around US$ 120 for a room that I would normally pay no more than US$ 50 for.
To sum up again... this was absolutely my worst hotel experience... EVER!

You can find better. We were really disappointed. Keep looking elsewhere there are much better hotels for the same price. Oh and watch out for the shower over the toilet. Very classy. The most decent room is 306 so ask for that one if you really have to stay there or already booked it.
Have fun in Beirut!

Information was incomplete - it implied all rooms have air conditioning but in fact none of the single rooms do - '48 rooms with air conditioning'! I booked expecting AC as a result of the ad. I felt the room at $50 was overpriced as a result. Windows had to be left open when it was humid outside and the bathroom had no extractor fan. The blood sucking mosquitos were happy though!
I have many complaints about the (single) room and the man at the desk on the second night was rude to me and hostile to the person who picked me up the next day. He accused me of canceling my booking and attempted to extract more cash out of me (75% of two nights) when actually on arrival I had arranged very amicably, with the duty manager, to stay two nights instead of four, thus changing my existing booking - in order to go and stay with a friend outside the city.
Saying all this, all the other staff were extremely gracious, the hotel was clean has a beautiful breakfast room (garden nice but no tables or chairs) and the double and triple rooms I peaked into at cleaning time were bright and airy - with AC!
