Bon Accord Backpackers is a lovely Hostel in beautiful Akaroa on the Banks Peninsula.

Relaxed, super friendly and cool little place to chill and take in the stunning Peninsula.

All our beds are fully made up with clean duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases and towels. Every bed has slippers for guest use. All rooms except the dorm and Jade have their own tea and coffe making facilities, hairdryer and hot-water-bottles.

Not only free bikes and fishing rods, also a free WIFI voucher or a computer in the lounge for 2$ each 20minutes. Heaps of great DVD\'s for free usage are available as well.

A large garden with hammocks, benches, tables and a barbecue is a great spot to meet people and make new friends!

Feel free to cook with our fresh garden herbs or grab a delicious coffee or hot chocolate out of our machine :)

There is a washing machine and a dryer available for 2x2$ coins.

There a heaps of fun activities around, such as: dolphin swimming, kayaking, surfing, horse treks, sailing, mountain walking and fishing - everybody will enjoy!

Akaroa is a very friendly and sunny place with a stunning beach and waterfront combined with the best food in town (e.g.fish and chips as well as delicious european themed restaurants)
