The hostel is in a beautiful heritage building just 200m from the town centre. Originally a monastery, it now has fun animal themed rooms. These are warm and comfortable with heaters and linen provided.
We have a free hot spa and free use of mountain bikes. There is a beautiful garden with bbq facilities, picnic tables and a hammock. There is a large lounge with an open fire , piano, games and music collection. Also a separate TV room with big screen, cable TV and huge video collection.
If you are wanting a homely, friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome come to Noah's Ark. Free pick-ups from train station by arrangement.

Directions
Closest Greymouth hostel to the train station (5 min walk) but we will pick you up if you pre-arrange it. From the station walk a block into town, take the 1st left on to Tainui Street, cross the railway tracks and roundabout and we are to the right of McDonalds on Chapel Street, 50 metres up from the corner.
From the bus stop (Information Centre) walk into the centre of town, turn right on to Tainui Street, cross the railway tracks and roundabout and we are to the right of McDonalds on Chapel Street, 50 metres up from the corner.
