About Barholm
Welcome to Barholm a tastefully restored Victorian house on the shores of Strangford Lough. We are located directly opposite the slipway for the ferry boat, which links the villages of Portaferry and Strangford. We have a total of 13 bedrooms comprising singles, double and family rooms en suite, and dormitory rooms.
Guests have unrestricted use of our kitchen, dining conservatory and lounge areas. There are no restrictions on access although guests should call to notify arrival time.

Directions
From the North, follow A20 main road from Belfast via Newtownards, Greyabbey and Kircubbin to Portaferry. Leave bus in Square. Walk down hill to shore front. Turn left. Barholm is located directly opposite the ferry slip way.
From the South, travel via Downpatrick to the village of Strangford. Car ferry operates daily approx 7.30 am (9.30 am Sunday) to 10.30 pm. Trip takes just 5 minutes - buy tickets on board. Barholm is directly opposite ferry slipway in Portaferry.
