very deceiving description on web site,it has very dirty and unwelcoming rooms especially on the ground floor,the staff are nice and do thier best with what they have to work with.the building is enclosed by other buildings and does not get any sun,it feels like a prison compound.Its sad to say the hotel gets a lot of western perverts taking young girls back to the rooms.Not recomended for families or decent people.
we booked through internet and were taken in by the description and photos,its a con,the foyer is the only acceptable part of the hotel,the rooms are terrible especialy the ones on the groung floor.The rooms stink and the beds are covered with what can only be described as a nylon curtain.It is not the sort of hotel you would take your kids to as i did.We saw a steady stream of old fat western men taking girls from the local hooker bars back to thier rooms.The breakfast is a joke,coffee that tastes like dish water,artificial orange juice and sliced stale bread and jam which the flies love.

It is near the the Cultural Center of the Philippines Complex (along Roxas Blvd.).......the location of Philippine Int'l Convention Center and the Folk Arts Center. You can ride the ferry boat to Corregidor Island and Bataan province from here.
The hotel is about seven miles from the NAIA airport. Just give our address to any of the cab drivers the airport authorizes and they will bring you to the hotel. Most of them speak and understand English. The authorized cab ride is about PHP500.
It is 3 blocks away from Manila Bay and the Manila Baywalk. You can stroll along the Manila Baywalk and enjoy watching the renowned Manila Bay sunset.
Public transportation is easily accessible.
