We had a very pleasant stay for 7 nights in a very clean, comfortable and well appointed room. It is a splendid place to be if you are able to enjoy the 10 min bicycle-tour to the city-center (which is not difficult because the way leads you through the Tivoli-Park of Ljubljana). The owner made us feel home and gave us a lot of insider-information about the cultural events and everyday living in the capital.

Bed&Breakfast Morand is a guest house, not a property, with only private rooms.. You share a kitchen and a very clean bathroom with a max. of 3 persons more. You pay from 13 to 20 Euros/ person/ day, according to the number of days - the price dropping already from the second day. You get Free Bicycles, you make your breakfast by yourself and can cook another meal till 20.00. Bed&Breakfast MORAND is situated in a lively quarter of Ljubljana called Siska, with exclusive Slovenian atmosphere, many cafes and shops.

Whatever you pay by booking, the price you will have to pay will often be lower than shown. For instance, if you are a single and reserve for only one day a double or a twin, you will pay to the B&B only the price of a single - and no second person will be then put into that room. Directions
Bed and Breakfast Morand is situated at Sisenska cesta 13. From the train or bus station of Ljubljana, you get there with the town buses (LPP) Nr. 8, 15, 16, 25 and 26 and from the center with the same ones + numbers 1, 3 and 5. You go direction SISKA and get out at LPP-Garage, known from every driver. 10' bus, 2' walk. The private taxi company 'METRO TAXI will cost 4-5 Euros. Coming by car, you drive direction Kranj, ask for LPP-garage and are very near. If you take one of the free bikes at your disposal, you'll need 10' to the center, 15' to the country side, 3 or 5' to the 2 biggest parks of the town.
