About Maktub Backpackers`Guesthouse

Welcome to our small Guesthouse Maktub located right in the CENTER of Granada. Maktub is a XVII century building who had been constantly refurbishing and decorating for the confort of backbackers. We will do everything to make you feel at home with a warm welcome.

FOR FREE: guide tours, football game, flamenco show, tapas tour, full breakfast, internet wifi, te and coffe all day, locker, towels...

If you stay 1 week, we have for FREE: Flamenco classes, Mountain bike, Scooter day, beach trip, picnic, water park, horseback riding etc.

Plus special offers (around 40%)for various activities like paragliding, skiing, mountain climbing etc.

You will be trapped in the old times because we running the place like the old-school auberge used to be run. In the same time we are always in movement : painting, constructing, dancing, cooking, changing, thinking, drinking, creating...

Directions

From the bus station or train station take the number 3 or 33. Exit by the Cathedral on Gran Via de Colon. Go to Plaza Nueva (turn left from Gran Via de Colon). From PLAZA NUEVA take calle ELVIRA. On calle ELVIRA you will take the first street on your right call CALDERIA VIEJA you will see the sign MAKTUB half way of the road on a little tiny plaza. You can ring the belt Ding Dong.
