2. Cancellation: Written cancellation received at least 14 days in advance of your stay - no charge, less than 7 days - we will charge the equivalent of one night's stay;
3. Date Change: We will be happy to change reservation dates if we are notified at least 14 days in advance of your stay, less notice transfer dates will be confirmed only if we are able to re-rent your room;
4. Smoking Policy: Andaman Place Guesthouse is strictly a smoke-free environment, smoking is allowed outside only;
5. Rates & Payment: Our rates are subject to change without prior notice. Andaman Place Guesthouse accepts payment in Thai Currency Cash upon Check in.
