Very good value for money, The Manager Tuy, Very friendly and hepful, really please we stayed there, Fra better than the other establishments we stayed in for more money, Staff were also friendly. All rooms felt very safe and away from the main noise of the bangla road, But literally 5 mins from there and the beach, No rip off merchants were seen here.

4.Smoking is strictly not allowed in all areas accept
Lobby&Bar downstairs welcome drink cool beers :)
5.We encourage our guest to 'REUSE' sheet
blanket,linen&towel.During your stay.
6.No towel beach service,towel not change every day,two days change.
7.Deposit 10% for Hostelworld is Non-Refundable
8.Full charge of booking for cancellation during high
season from October-April[7 months]
9.Cancellation should be made at leas 3 day before you arrival date.Your credit card will be full CHARGED of original booking.

Worth a quick tuk tuk ride to paradise beach (as per recomendation by Siam House) should be aroung 500bhat round trip,

The guesthouse is located on Soi Sansabai which is 5 mins away from Patong Beach. The service was exceptional. The person running the place, Mr.Tuy is extremely friendly and speaks good English. Overall this is a very very good place to stay at.

-You can take taxi or tuk tuk about 350-400 baht.
-You can take local bus about 20-30 baht/person.But you have to go fresh market first.We call'TALAD SOD'[is mean fresh market].Local bus time 06.00am-5.00pm.You speak the man who you give money stop'SOI BANGLA'[opposite Soi Sansabai]walk about 150 meter keep left side try to look Siam House symbol.
:FROM PHUKET AIRPORT:
-You can take taxi about 650.00 THB
-You can take taxi meter 500-550.00 THB but you have to walk out side turn right about 30 meter.
-You can take mini bus about 180-200 baht/person.you have to speak to driver he have to go in 'Soi SanSabai',Many driver he like to stop on the main road and drop you have to walk 150 m,is not fair for all guest .
