Each floor of the hotel provides beautiful common areas including a kitchen and dining room where guests can prepare their own meals and dine with family and friends. The hotel also offers coin operated laundry, wireless service private men's and women's washrooms and showers for those rooms without a full bath, a peaceful reading area and a beautiful lounge overlooking the Thames River.

Directions
By Bus: From the main bus station take the 13 Wellington or 6 Richmond heading North to Windermere.
We are located in the large building on the hill at the Southeast corner of Richmond and Windermere in the back of the building. Follow signs for Guest House on the Mount or Ignatia Hall.
By Car: From the 401, take the Wellington exit North for 10-15 minutes to York street (just after the train overpass). Turn left and take your second right onto Richmond Street. Follow Richmond through the heart of the city and past the univeristy front gates (approx. 5 minutes). Just after the bridge over Themes River, you will reach Richmond and Windermere.
We are located in the large building on the hill at the Southeast corner of Richmond and Windermere in the back of the building. Follow signs for Guest House on the Mount or Ignatia Hall.
