the family running the apartments were extremely accomodating and couldnt do enough for you.
the apartment is in the middle of a steep hill and u have to climb up to the shop and down to the beach/town.
The room was quite basic though but suited us.

About Villa Arka

We opened our Villa Arka 20 years ago.

Villa Arka is located in Cavtat, in the Konavle region of Croatia which is renowned for its beatiful women and national costume. We are situated just below the main road within walking distance (600 meters) of the beach and centre of Cavtat. You can enjoy views of Cavtat and Dubrovnik from our huge balconies and a terrace with a pool.

All of our generously sized studio apartments include a kitchen, ensuite and have a TV and air conditioning/heating installed as standard. We have a total of 7 apartments on offer of varying sizes.

The following services are included FREE of charge:

- Welcome drink

-Full use of swimming pool/ massive balcony and deck chairs.

-Full use of BBQ facilities.

-Full use of self contained kitchen facilities.

-Bed linen and towels.

-Storage of Luggage.
