About Villa Perka

Villa Perka is the family stone house surrounded by pine woods, olive groves and flower gardens.

From it's slightly elevated position 200m from the sea it commands the superb, relaxing views of the islands and the endless blue sea that surrounds them.Behind, the house is sheltered by the St.Nicholas-the highest peak of the island.

Villa has 3 spacious apartments each with separate entrance and large terrace with stunning sea view.Apartments consist of double bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and living room.Two of them have larder too.

At everyone's disposal is the fireplace,parking place and laundry.
