Please read the terms and conditions of our cancellation/payment policy carefully prior to making your reservation
AFTER YOU'RE BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED, THEN YOU NEED TO PAY PARTIAL PAYMENT TO THE HOTEL.
Extra Deposit for Secure the reservation.
1.In the case of if you cancel your booking, 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount applies 45 days prior to stated time of arrival.
2.if you cancelled the booking before 60 days of arrival, then only service and translation charges apply.
3.If reservation is cancelled after 45 days prior to stated time of arrival, then 100% cancellation fee of the total booking amount applies.
4.If you are not arrived before 4 PM, then booking will be cancelled. You need to inform us if you are arriving late in the hotel.
5.In the case of No Show, 100% cancellation fee of the total booking amount applies.
6.There is compulsory you need to book for your pickup and drop to the airport, railway station or from other spot.
7. Check out time is 10:00 am.
8. Tariff subject to change without prior notice.
9. All timings mentioned are Indian Standard Time (IST).
10. 50% of the payment is to be paid at the time of the booking and the outstanding to be settled at the time of check-in.
11. The outstanding payment is to be paid at the time of check-in only.
12. Postponement of reservation should be made a minimum of 30 days prior to state date and time of arrival.

Directions

Sea View is on the approach to the Patnem beach (just 100 meters away). You cannot miss it because it is at the start of the lane leading to the beach.

Just off the South end of the famous Palolem beach is Patnem, which still retains its virgin natural beauty. By village road, Patnem is only 1.5 kms from Palolem.

Getting Here
The best route is NH 17, which winds through green hillsides. The beach is off the main road; so do pay attention to signs and the route map provided. We are well known in Patnem village, so do ask locals for directions.

Road
The nearest city is Margao, which is the best place for road transport. Take NH 17, southwards (Canacona), to come here. If travelling from Karnataka state (South of Goa), the best route is NH 17 northwards through Karwar-Canacona. Karwar is 35 kms away.

From Margao
Take the Margao-Canacona-Palolem bus route, which passes via Canacona station before coming here, enroute to its final destination; Palolem. Its main Patnem stop is just outside Sea View Resort. This is the best direct bus route here from Margao and its frequency is every half hour. All bus drivers on the route know the resort; so ask them to inform you accordingly.

Alternatively, take the Margao-Canacona bus and change to an auto rickshaw at Canocona for the 1.5 km journey to the resort.

From Karwar
There are Goa and Karnataka state buses from Karwar, which halt at Canocona.

Rail
The nearest main station is Margao, which connects routes passing both North and South. Some trains also stop at Canocona railway station from where auto rickshaws are available for the 1.5 km journey to the resort.

Air
The only airport in Goa is at Dabolim (65 kms) from where road transport is available. Taxis, though expensive, are the best option.
