Late Bars, pubs and clubs are only a few minutes walk away but if you don't fancy the hustle and bussle of nightlife, you can enjoy the peace and quiet of our friendly neighbourhood!

The city coach station is on our door step and that's served by Citylink and GoBus. Day trips to Connemara and the Cliffs of Moher also leave from here each morning and afternoon. We are only a few seconds walk from the train and bus station (Irish Rail & Bus Eireann)

We offer a great value weekly rate while you look for long term rental accommodation - included in this weekly rate we will even do your laundry! SECURITY: We are the most secure hostel in Galway (see our reviews) with electronic key card access to all guest only areas, free secure luggage storage and free safety deposit boxes for your valuables. We also offer free secure bike storage.

FREE BREAKFAST: After a good nights sleep in one of our warm and comfortable rooms, help yourself to a free breakfast to set you up for the day.

DISCOUNTED TOURS: After a refreshing breakfast, make sure to come to our TICKET DESK and avail of discounted tours to the Cliffs of Moher, The Burren, Connemara, Kylemore Abbey and the Aran Islands. All the day tours from Galway depart from right outside our building. Our knowledgeable staff can answer any questions you might have about everything from restaurants, tours and the famous Galway nightlife!

KITCHEN: Feel free to use our well stocked and fully-equipped kitchen. Whether its lunch for one or dinner for 50, we have the equipment, utensils and space you need. If you don't feel like cooking, let us arrange for you to sample the very best of traditional Irish cooking with great value meals in local pubs and restaurants. If you are too busy getting ready for a night on the town, let us order pizza or takeaway for you. (Or also if you just want to put your feet up and chill out with a DVD or watch the match on our big screen!) Packed lunches can also be arranged on request.

If the sun shines (Yes it's not a myth, it does really happen occasionally!!) why not check out our free gas barbeque and patio area along with a covered smoking area. We are also happy to offer a low cost laundry service to our guests!

On top of this there is a huge clean beautiful kitchen with every utensil you would ever need. There is a big communal dining area, and a comfortable homely common room with a TV and great books to read and movies to watch and even a keyboard to play! Location is superb. Free wi-fi everywhere in hostel. Hot chocolate and coffee machine was nice too. Just a lovely experience"

THINGS TO NOTE:

1.Please be aware that groups are subject to a €20 per person noise and damage deposit. This is payable in cash on check in and is fully refundable when checking-out providing house rules and other guests are respected. Please contact us for more information.

2.Our cancellation policy requires at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel (e.g. you must cancel before 3pm the day before you are due to arrive) or you will be charged for your first nights stay.

3.Please note that the 6 and 4 bed family rooms are for families only (adults & children). If they are booked by all adults you will be charged at the 6 and 4 bed ensuite prices and subject to availability may still have to stay in the family room.
