About Casa Vacanze Maria Pia
The apartments are situated in the wonderful town of Alghero, at about 700 meters from Maria Pia pinewood's beach, 1.8 Km from the old town and only 5 km from the Airport.
The apartments are located in a quiet zone of Alghero town and they offer all is necessary to pass a pleasant and relaxing holiday on the sea.
Guests have in location flats with one bedroom able to host from 2 to 4 persons and flats with two bedrooms able to host up to 6 persons comfortably.
The owners live on site in order to offer all necessary assistance.

Apartment TYPE A (2 Bed Apartment Ensuite, 3 Bed Apartment Ensuite):
Living room with divan bed, TV and kitchenette (fridge with freezer + dishes + cutlery), one bed room, privat Bath with Shower, Balcony.
Apartment TYPE B (4 Bed Apartment Ensuite):
Living room with double divan bed, TV and kitchenette (fridge with freezer + dishes + cutlery), one bed room, private Bath with Shower, Terrace.
Apartment TYPE C (4 Bed Private Ensuite, 5 Bed Apartment Ensuite, 6 Bed Apartment Ensuite):
Living room with double divan bed, TV and kitchenette (fridge with freezer + dishes + cutlery), two bed rooms, private Bath with Shower, Terrace.
Facilities included: electricity, gas, water.
Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are also included if your staying is 5 days or over.
*******ATTENTION******
If your staying is LESS than 5 days you will be charged of 20 Euro for the final cleaning and 5 Euro for people for the bed linen and towels.

Tranfers from and to the airport on request: 5,00 Euro for people per way.
We have the possibility to rent bicycles at 7,00 Euro per day.

Lovely spacious apartment with plenty of living space, kitchen facilities and a massive balcony.
The owners were very helpful and friendly, but spoke no English.
The apartment was about a 10 minute walk from the beach, but about 45 to the old town, which we felt was a bit long as we were only staying for a week and the bus system is terrible!!
Would recommend if you dont mind a walk!
