Villa Barbaiano dating from the XVIth century stands on a hill with vineyards and forests. It is situated 2 km from Monte S. Savino a small town in the heart of Tuscany, about 16 Km from Arezzo.

The Villa Barbaiano is located in a parc of one acre with a big swimming pool.

There are many interesting towns to visit nearby in the area such as Arezzo, Siena, Cortona, Anghiari, Montepulciano, Pienza and San Gimignano.

The vast cellar and 'limonaia' have been converted to accomodate up to 300 people for a variety of events from parties to exhibitions.

The self-caterig apartments from 2 to 6 people are furnished with antiques and all benefit from the beautiful views over the Val di Chiana.
