Branca Aria della Ripa Palace is a historic residence dating back to the second half of the nineteenth century. It is situated in one of the most prestigious districts of Florence in front of the Arno River.

Only 10 minutes walk from the Duomo and the Old Bridge, 5 minutes walk from the main train station - Santa Maria Novella, and 15 minutes walk far from the Fortezza Da Basso, one the most well known locations for exhibitions held in the city.

The Palace was a private owned residence until very recently. It has been transformed by the proprietors into an inviting building for vacations which strives to preserve the refined elegance of an aristocratic dwelling with a warm, welcoming atmosphere of a true home.

First noble floor with elevator, 150 m2, 3 luxury suites with double bed in each, sitting-room inside each suite; 2 suites have a double sofa bed / twin sofa beds , in total 3 private hydro massage bathrooms, 2 with bathtub and one with shower, view over the Arno river, dining-room, fully equipped kitchen , TV sat LCD in each bedroom, air-conditioning. Use of washing machine and dryer in the garden, linen provided dish-washer. It is possible to add an extra luxury suite at the apartment, consisting in two double bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds), sitting room and bathroom with hydro massage bathtub.

It sleeps up to 8 people, max 14 people.

Arno 2 apartment and B&B luxury suites

First noble floor with elevator, 80 m2, two luxury suites with a double bed in each, also sitting-room inside each suite, one with double sofa bed, two hydro massage bathrooms, one with bathtub, the other one with shower, view over the Arno river, dining-area with equipped kitchen corner, 2 TV sat LCD, air-conditioning. use of washing machine and dryer in the garden, linen provided.

It sleeps up to 4 people, max 6 people.

Apartment 4

Three room apartment, 80 m2, located on the ground floor of the house facing the court yard. Apartment includes: entrance, sitting room with single sofa bed; dining-area with fully equipped kitchen corner; two double bedrooms: one with double bed and the other with two king size single beds; bathroom with shower.

It sleeps up to 5 people including the sofa bed.

Apartment 11

Apartment, 110 m2, located on the second floor of the main building with elevator. Apartment includes: sitting-room, dining-room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, one double bed bedroom with the view over the Arno river, two twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bathtub. One single sofa bed.

It sleeps up to 6 people, max 7 people.
