The homes are made up of 22 luxury apartments which express the typical Tuscan style. The apartments have been beautifully reconstructed with fine classical earthen flooring and with wooden lofts or bricks. The homes have a total of 95 beds and the surface of each room varies from 60 -130 square meters. They are fully equipped with appliances which are certain to ensure that each guest is self-sufficient if they desire (kitchenware, television lcd 26" with decoder per smart card, internet wireless connection, mini-bar, grill, etc.) The washrooms are spacious and equipped with large showers, while in the living rooms, guest will have at their disposal a small corner kitchen where they will be free to prepare their own meals if they wish.
