Everything was good, but the service wasn't so fine... They are very informal, if you want to go and meet others persons it's really good, but don't go there to rest, because it's really loud...

A Venice Museum is truly the best hostel in Venice, ideally located in the center, close to everything. The hostel was formerly the first palace built by the famous Morosini family more than 400 years ago. Come and appreciate the breath-taking design and atmosphere, stunning décor, high ceilings with decorative stucco, and a beautiful balcony over-looking the Grand Canal. Staying here is the most affordable way to live in luxury just like a Venetian Doge!

We also provide accomodation for doubble private rooms, in our brand new apartment, so you can have more privacy (difficult in an 8bed dorm!) but you ll still get the chance to hang out with us and join us for dinner !!

Please note that this is a youth hostel, so if you re over 40, be sure this place is really what you re looking for!

We require payment in cash upon arrival. Please notice, after check-in, there is no refund under any circumstance. Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Deposits paid are non refundable.

Your arrival time must be between 9:00 am and midnight. WE DO NOT HAVE 24HRS RECEPTION and will only wait 3 hours after your scheduled arrival time, so please notify us of any change either by phone or email!

Lock out is from 10:00am - 15:00 noon for cleaning.

Linens are available for €5, so remember to bring sheets or a sleeping bag with you if you want to save your money!

Pillows and blankets are provided to all guests.

IMPORTANT STARTING ON THE 24/08/11:

The municipality of Venice recently approved a law,which impose EVERY hotel,hostel,or b&b in the City to charge every guest an extra TOURIST TAX.

The amount is of 3,00euro a day during the high season,which goes from the 1st April till the 31st of October,and the following dates:

-Carnival(4thFebruary-22nd February)

-23rd dicember-8th january

The rest of the year,so during low season,it's 1,50 euro a day.

(Venetians tried to fight against this unfair law so hard,but unfortunatley we coudn't make it!)

Please note that this is a youth hostel so you have to be under 40 years old to stay with us.
In the night the door closes at 01.00 pm .
Your arrival time must be between 9:00 am and midnight!!
Check-Out is at 10.00 am.
We only wait 3 hours after your arrival scheduled time (if your arrival time is at midnight please don't expect us to wait for you until 3am), so please respect your arrival time!
If you have any change in your plans, don't doubt to email us.
