Alloggi Gerotto Calderan is composed by 2 houses so there are many different types of room.
We have single, double, triple and quad rooms.
Thay can be small, standard, big or suite and some of them have view on the square (in Campo San Geremia) or on the street (in Rio Terà San Leonardo).
All rooms have private bathroom (inside or outside the room).
In the main building(in Campo San Geremia) there is a curfew at 1:00 a.m. while in the depandance (in Rio Terà San Leonardo) there's no curfew.
The prices change according to the type of room that guests require and of course from the period they wish to come.
No breakfast
If you have a notebook with you we'll give you 15 minutes of internet access for free.

In the main building(in Campo San Geremia) there is a curfew at 1:00 a.m. (the hotel close at 1 a.m. and open at 7:30 a.m. : it's not possible to enter in the hotel during this time) while in the depandance (in Rio Terà San Leonardo) there's no curfew.
Children who are more than 2 years old pay as an adult.
Payment is only cash.
The 10% deposit will be paid to WRI.
If you don't arrive we'll charge you the price of the first night.
If you leave before we'll charge you the price of all nights reserved.
The charge will be done under the name of Hotel Ca' San Marcuola, which is another hotel of ours in Venice.

Directions from the train station:
From 'Santa Lucia' train station there is no need to get any public transport to reach us, as we are located only 5 walking minutes from the station.
You have just to go out of the train station and turn left in a street called 'Lista di Spagna'
Go straight on until you find a big square called 'Campo San Geremia'.
We are there on the left, above underwear shop called 'Tezenis'.
The number above the door is 283.
Directions from the bus station:
From the Bus Station - Piazzale Roma you follow the main street along the 'Gran Canal', for reaching the railway station, which is situated on the other side of it.
For doing that you have to cross a big bridge, called 'Ponte degli Scalzi': after the bridge you'll find the train station on your left and a main street, called 'Lista di Spagna' on your right.
Turn right in that street , go straight on until you find a big square called 'Campo San Geremia'.
We are there on the left side, above underwear shop called 'Tezenis'.
Directions from the airport:
When you arrive at Marco Polo airport you can take bus n.5, while if you arrive at Treviso airport take an ATVO bus:
both get to Piazzale Roma (the main bus station in Venice).
