ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

a) All units are private apartments WITHOUT A RECEPTION DESK and you will be scheduled for an appointment at the apartment with a particular person in charge of your arrival. Therefore your best possible indication of a specific arrival time and updates concerning any changes (delays etc.) are essential and will ensure the best possible entry process.

Key collection can take place from Monday to Friday from 15.00 until 19.00.

We cannot guarantee an earlier check-in because of possible departures from the same apartment on the same day as well as the time required for cleaning the apartment. At times early arrival is possible if no cleaning is scheduled

After 19.00 and on Saturdays and Sundays the service is not included and a small fee must be payed on the spot. On Saturdays and Sundays until 19.00 the check in service fee is Euro 10,00. All days from 19.00 until 00.00 the check in service fee is Euro 25,00.
