I stayed for two nights in January 2010. The hotel is located in an interesting, popular area and is near two metro stations. There is also a express train to Haneda airport (the airport used for local flights). I was really impressed with the friendly and efficient service. The only downside was that the window was of frosten glass and couldn't be opened - so the room felt a little claustorophobic.
Pretty good for the money if you're sharing with somone, nice professional staff. clean room, fairly spacious. ligting was a little weak and odd for a hotel. fairly close the station but still a bit of a walk. Near lots of restuarants convenience stores and karaoke.

It is very convenient for the business and sightseeing because it takes a few minutes from Asakusa station and Kaminarimon gate.
Check-in time is from 3:00pm, and check-out time is 11:00am.
The convenience store is on the first floor and the second floor has a Chinese restaurant in the main building.
There is a laundromat, so you may wash your cloth by yourself.
