You will be atrracted by our spacious living (carpeting floor) with LCD -Astro Channel, wireless internet access, books, tour information and more free facilities such as breakfast, unlimited hold and cold drinking water.

With awesome travelling location of easy access to a wide range of modern amenities such as shopping complexes, trendy cafes, pub & lounge, clinic, saloon, money exchange shop, Air Asia Airlines center, public transportation to island/Mt. Kinabalu, Sabah Tourism Center, Atkinson Clock Tower, Signal Hill, Sunday Market, dry/wet market, Filipino market, cinema and others.

No Curfew and we have 24 hours helpful and friendly receptionist, security with CCTV and computerized lock door.
