This place was our best place of stay untill now. It was all perfectly arranged. Mrs Lee is a wonderfull guestlady who treaths her guests like kings and queens. I thank her a lot for all that she arranged for us. Transport from Brunei to Miri by jeep for only 60RM a person.

About Dillenia Guest House
Dillenia is a family-run guesthouse with a uniquely home away from home atmosphere.
Located right in the heart of Miri and housed within a 3-storey corner shoplot, we are within a few minutes' walk to shopping malls, restaurants, banks, bus stops, night spots, the local post office and more.
We offer a selection of clean, comfortable and air-conditioned rooms to suit your needs.
Choose from multi-bedded dormitories, twin sharing rooms, a family room and a honeymoon suite, all of which are very reasonably priced. Our rates are as published, with no extra hidden costs.

Important Information
Conditions
Our official check-in time is 1:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
However, we are flexible with the timing, and this is subjected to bed or room availability. Please discuss this option at the reception.
Balance of payment for bed/room is by CASH and in Malaysian Ringgit ONLY. This is to be paid upon check-in.
We currently do not accept credit card payments upon check-in.
Guests are also required to pay a refundable deposit of RM50 per bed/room upon check-in. Any damages caused by guest during the stay will be deducted from the deposit.
RM 20 - damage or loss of room key
RM 20 - damage or loss of access card
RM 80 - damage or loss of bed linen
RM 15 - damage or loss of towel
Continental breakfast starts daily from 7.30 am to 10.30 am.
An external laundry service can be arranged upon request.
Guests are kindly requested to adhere to the house rules (which are made with their interests in mind) during their stay in Dillenia.

The rooms are nice and cleen, airco, nice bathrooms, everything very clean also.
Guest houses that I have done this holiday were better than 4 star hotels.

This guest house is so memorable because of the owner, Mrs. Lee. She is a 5-star host. You don't have to worry about anything, because she will and can help you. The laundry can be done wthin 1 day, accomodation and trips can be booked, your luggage can stay in a deposit room if you want to return to Miri, she knows very good and affordable restaurants (don't miss that seafood restaurant downtown), even a good nail salon and she knows how to create a cozy and modern looking guest house with simple means. We - a couple and an 9 yrs old son from the Netherlands- adore her! Dear Mrs. Lee, many thanks for making our stay in Miri much more enjoyable than we thought was possible.

This is a brilliant homely hostel. Mrs Ing is extrenely friendly and helpful. We stayed one night and returned a few days later for a few hours. She kindly let us store our luggage at the hostel and also use the internet. I will definitly recommend this place to all my friends.
