This is a brilliant homely hostel. Mrs Ing is extrenely friendly and helpful. We stayed one night and returned a few days later for a few hours. She kindly let us store our luggage at the hostel and also use the internet. I will definitly recommend this place to all my friends.

Family run guesthouse with a home away from home atmosphere.
Centrally located and housed in a 3 story corner shoplot ; within minutes walk to shopping malls, restaurants, the post office, banks, bus stops, night spots, City Fan park, sports stadium, public swimming pool and IT library etc.
We offer a selection of clean, comfortable and air-conditioned rooms such as multi-bedded dormitories, twin sharing rooms, family room and a honeymoon suite, all of which are reasonably priced! Rates shown are nett with no hidden costs
Bus no. 28 from the airport will get you to the Miri Bus Station (last bus leaves at 1850 hours). From there take bus no. 42 to drop you off just after passing the Imperial Mall which is on your right. The drop off bay is in front of Kaya & Toast Cafe. Look for a blue signboard that says Anakku, we are behind it.

Excellent budget accommodation. Clean ,cozy home like atmosphere. Centrally located downtown, food,shopping and entrainment places all a walking distance. Very friendly and helpful owners.

Well, actually I just stayed here for one night.
But even then Mr and Mrs Lee were so nice. The joint is really clean and the breakfast is ok too.

Conditions
Our published check-in time is 1300 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours. However we are flexible with the timing subject to bed/room availability (depending on the time previous guests check out and cleaning). Please discuss this option with the front desk.
Balance of payments for bed/room is by cash in Malaysian Ringgit only and is to be paid in advance upon check in.
Presently we do not have credit card facility hence payment upon check in is to be made in cash.
Guests are required to pay a refundable deposit of Ringgit Malaysia (RM)50.00 per bed or per room (whichever the case maybe) upon check in. In doing so, guests are agreeable to deducting from the deposit, charges incurred for damage to or loss of a room key valued at RM20, an access card valued at RM20, linen valued at RM80 and a towel valued at RM15.
A continental breakfast is served daily from 7.30 am to 10.30 am.
Guests are kindly requested to abide by the house rules during their stay in Dillenia.

Directions to Dillenia guesthouse:
From the Miri airport to Miri Bus Station/downtown, 3 choices of transport: take bus no. 28 (hourly round trips daily from 0600 to 1800 hours) or a taxi or hitchhike. The Tourist Information Centre is located next to the bus station. Hop onto bus no. 42 . Drop off just after passing the Imperial Mall (to your right) at the drop off bay in front of Kaya & Toast Cafe. Look for a blue signboard that says Anakku, we are behind it .
