About Baltic Hostel Polanica

Located in Lower Silesia Polanica-Zdrój (the bigest city near by is Wroclaw) is known as a health resort. Its medicinal springs are famous since the 16th century because of their restorative properties and exquisite taste. Polanica became a popular health resort in the 1870s. In 1904 discovery of new springs and establishing of Polanica Spa contributed to the growth of the resort.
The hostel is cosy and comfortable making our guests feel like at home while staying with us. As the place is not too big all tourists have a chance to get to know each other.

If you are a backpacker rest assured that we know what you need and we will do our best to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
We offer one prvate room for 1 or 2 people and 2 dormitory with 4 and 5 beds. Some rooms have mountains view.
The hostel is good especially for people how needs some relax and to delight in the beauty of nature.
Check-in starts at 12.00, but should you arrive earlier, we can always store your luggage, that is, unless your room is already available.

The town itself has a great bike route, called by bikers 'hells loop'.
There are many prestigious sport events take place in the town, among them Bike marathon MTB. It is great place for bike tourism, hiking and survival training. There are also trendy Survival schools, expeditions, training and integration meetings for companies.
During winter time Polanica is a great place to visit for a skiing enthusiasts. Zieleniec - a winter spotrs resort is only 30 minutes away from Polanica, another resort Czarnogóra is 1 hour away (by car).

Directions
To get to our hostel you need to take train to Kłodzko and then by bus To Polanica Zdrój or direct train to Polanica.
When you are coming by bus. You need to go on the left from bus station. If you will be on the Tranzytowa street you have to go still straight on. Next start Zdrojowa street, on the the left will be Okrzei street where the hostel is. You have to passed the Hotel Sana and go 100 m by the wood.
If you are coming by train you go first Warszawska street , then Kłodzka street and the Tranzytowa street the rest is as above-mentioned.
