Leaving the airport or Funchal, take The Ribeira Brava / Calheta freeway.

In Calheta you will start seeing road signs with Estreito da Calheta, Prazeres, Fajã da Ovelha. When arriving at Estreito da Calheta you will see a pharmacy, go down that road until you see Jardim do Mar to your left and a tunel to your right. Go through the tunel, and at the end of it you will be in PAUL DO MAR!!
