We are situated at The Crags, close to Nature's Valley, on the border of the Tsitsikamma National Park. Our host farm Khoinania is a beautiful farm that overlooks the stunning Tsitsikamma mountains and valleys. This is the perfect place to come and relax after a long day of hiking or outdoor adventures.

Come and spend some time with us and our three horses and two/three/four dogs who are just waiting to bound up and welcome you!

We offer various types of accommodation from beautifully painted double ensuite rooms, large and spacious dorms, or the alternative of camping under the stars.

Log Cabin

What better place to unwind than in our Log Cabin on our comfy sofas in front of a wood fire with our dogs curled up at your feet. This is also where Jenny will serve you a lovely home cooked dinner (dinner not included).

Bar and Deck

Our bar and deck is the ideal place for sundowners in the evenings. In the mornings it's a divine place to have breakfast with views for as far as the eye can see.

Dorms

Our Dorm rooms are large and spacious with balconies that overlook the stunning mountains and valleys of the Tsitsikamma National Park. The best thing about our dorms? NO BUNK BEDS.

Cottages

Our cottages are also available as a unit and consist of two double bedrooms, or a double and a twin, with ensuite bathrooms and a living room with a deck. Please contact us directly to discuss this option.

THINGS TO DO

Nature's Valley Hikes

There are a variety of day hikes available in the area. From a 20 minute stroll to our very own waterfall, to the 6 hour Salt River and Kalanderkloof Hikes. Nature's Valley beach is also the end of the World Famous Otter trail.

Farmstall

Just 5 minutes away from our farm is the farmstall. Collect your own fresh farm milk and free range eggs in the afternoons. Stop off for lunch and choose from their delicious selection of fresh farm produce.

Elephant Sanctuary

The Elephant Sanctuary is an amazing place to spend a couple of hours. Learn about these

majestic animals through close interaction with them and their trainer. Rides also available.

Birds Of Eden

Birds of Eden has a wide variety of birds from all over the globe and is the largest (2 hectare) free flight aviary in the world.

Bungee Jump

For all you adrenaline junkies the Bloukrans Bungee Jump will take your breath

away. Free fall for 216m the highest Bungy in the world. If Bungee is not your thing then you can also walk, swing or fly across the bridge! You choose!

Snake Park

Lawnwood Snake Park opens a window into the lives of these secretive creatures, a wonderful way to spend your afternoon. The park offers the service of rescuing the snakes from populated areas and relocating them into the wild.
