Good bargain. Clean and comfortable. Big bathtub. Friendly staff. A bit out of the way from everything but with the subway, not too much of a hassle to get to and fro. But if you plan on being out after midnight you will need to take a taxi to the hotel which could be expensive depending on where you are at. Got there late at night and left early so wasnt able to check out the facilities. I did see that they have Karaoke though.

Victoria Hotel is located in GangBuk area(south of Seoul) and is well-connected to the everywhere in Seoul(5min from station).
This helps the guests to commute easily. The most important reasons for choosing the hotel as a comfortable nest to take a rest.
And lots of restaurant, E-Mart shopping center(front of hotel), Hyundai and Lotte department store is nearby the hotel.
- MyeongDong shopping center takes 15minutes by train(straight line)
- Dongdaemoon Market - takes 15minutes by train(straight line)
- Namdaemoon Market - takes 15minutes by train
- Chonggyechon Stream takes 25minutes by train
- COEX in Gangnam - takes 30minutes by train
- Templs - takes 20minutes by taxi
Easy access to any part of Seoul by public transport. (Subway station only 3minutes away by walk.)Representative Tour areas (Dongdaemun & Namdaemun Market, Myungdong Shopping center, Deahakro-shopping area, Temples etc.) that make your traveling special and memorable are in 30 min away.

If anyone were to look for a budget and convenient place to stay, Hotel Victoria Seoul is just the right place for you!
The best advantage it has is its location. It is only 400m away from the bus stop and it is very easy to find.
Having a subway station less than 5 min walk away, it allows you to travel easily from places to places. Popular shopping places such as Myongdong, Dongdaemon, Namdaemoun are on the same line(line 4) and it takes less than 15min to travel there.
Near the hotel, there is E-mart(department store), Lotte department store and many places to shop and eat too.
However, Victoria Hotel does not seem to able to live up to its reputation in terms of facilities provided. There is not interenet access in the room and the computers provided in the business centre were slow. Soaps and towels somehow were not replenished daily. Not all the staff were English speaking so language became a constant problem.
Nevermind these for a budget hotel. The good service of the staff will only make your stay a more comfortable and pleasant one.

Location of the hotel is quite far from the downtown but with subway accessibility and room rate discounts can offset this disadvantage.
Strongly recommended for budget travellers.
Cleanliness is excellent!
In room facility is good. Spacious room with safe deposit box.
Only 300 m. walk to subway station (Miasamgeori, blue line)

Taxis and KAL Limousine Buses provide the most convenient ways of reaching the hotel. Rental cars are not recommended for travelers unfamiliar with this area.
