Great place! Perfect location - just in the center, 3 minutes from the metro station. The owner was very helpfull. Great facilities inside hostal. Guests are allowed full use of fully equiped kitchen, and there is a washing machine readily avaible. We found there is the possiblibilty of safely storing personal items after having departed room until the time we were leaving which was extremely useful as we didn't have to carry luggage around all day.

Best location in town, right in the heart of the city, sourrounded by shops, restaurants,cafes, shopping centre, supermarkets...
Only few meters from train station Estacion del Norte, Plaza del Ayuntamiento and El Corte Ingles in Colon street.
Also few metres away from the river Turia where Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias is and the fashionable nightlife area El
Carmen & Plaza de la Virgen.
International friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Also close to the beach , America's Cup marina and F1 street circuit.
Very spacious flat with high ceelings with tipical Valencian style.
Rooms available to the general public who are respectful of other people with noise levels at night and with one´s general behavior.
Very lively area during the day but really tranquil during the night as it is a pedestrian street area.

Las Fallas has a comfortable homley feel, and recommendable.

Directions
If you come by plane, take the metro (red line) and stop at Colon (only 20 min). You will see El Corte Ingles and a pedestrian street full of shops. We are just in the middle of this street. If you come by train, going out from the train station Stacion del Norte, turn right and walk along Colon untill you see Colon metro station. Turn left untill you see a pedestrian street. You are just there!
